PROCESS
At Piera Gregis Architecture & Interiors, every project is guided through a meticulously curated three-phase process designed to ensure excellence, precision and beauty at every stage.
Each project is approached as a carefully guided design journey, developed through a structured and highly personalised process. From the initial concept to final delivery, we remain closely involved to ensure clarity, coherence and attention to detail at every stage.​
Phase I · Concept & Design

The project begins with a detailed understanding of the space and the client’s vision. This phase includes site measurements, concept development, moodboards, material and finish selection, as well as 3D design and visualisations that define the overall direction of the project.
Phase II · Design Development

Once the concept is approved, the design is refined and developed further. This phase includes design reviews, technical and architectural drawings, validation of finishes and on-site design fidelity visits to ensure the project is executed in line with the approved design.

Phase III · Installation & Final Delivery

The final phase brings the project to life. It includes furniture selection, installation and styling, followed by professional photography and the delivery of a bespoke project magazine, marking the completion of the design journey.
